Patient Zero No Longer Suffers from Alzheimer's
The Alzheimer’s Hub of Hope has four sections: Heroes, Highlights, Headlines and Helpers/Caregivers. This post is aligned to the highlights section.
One of my “heroes of hope” is Dr. Dale Bredesen. I published this post about him and his protocols for preventing (PreCODE) and reversing (ReCODE) Alzheimer’s two years ago.
His “patient zero” is 80 year old Judy Benjamin who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 67 and no longer suffers from the disease due to her adherence to Dr. Bredesen’s functional approach.
Judy’s recovery demonstrates there is hope for the Alzheimer’s sufferer.
Inspired by her success, she vowed to pay it forward. Wanting to continue spreading the important message of hope to those with cognitive decline, she decided to undertake a three thousand mile walk across the U.S. on April 5th from San Diego to St. Augustine.
I’ve included a link to Judy’s website and a video of her and Dr. Bredesen below.

I am in my 85th year. I was *double MD* diagnosed with Alzheimer’s some 4 years ago.
After several “overnighters” (first since University at Cal in 1963) I learned that Alzheimer’s is *caused* by bodily Aluminum.
Research has shown that bodily Aluminum can be *safely* dissolved and removed using Spring Water that is high in OSA… Orthosilicic Acid.
Perhaps the most widely available source is Fiji Water.
I have been on a daily regimen of a liter/quart of Fiji water since then.
My last two MD annual exams show that my cognition is *High Normal.*
Comments welcome, but I may not reply right away. After a mid winter (for me) trip to Antarctica… I am heading for the North Pole area in a couple of weeks.
Alzheimer’s is NOT an automatic death sentence!
